Horizon is a highly valued treasure in the JLL portfolio; boasting modern facilities, on-site parking and set in the heart of the beautiful Berkshire countryside.

It did have a very basic gym facility but was poorly equipped and rarely used or even known about by the tenant’s staff. Budget for improvements to the gym facility was extremely limited and not utilised each year.

In 2019, Live Happy took over the responsibility for the gym facility. This included adding brand new equipment from our partner & globally recognised supplier, Technogym. This new facility is still offered free of charge to the tenants staff (built into the annual cost of the tenancy), with the huge benefit of 24/7 access. Personal Training, group classes, Sports Massage Therapy, Nutrition Consultation and Beauty Therapy are also now offered in the newly built consultation room. Anything additional is chargeable to the individual. We also create and deliver corporate health and wellbeing events, workshops and seminars to tenants.

Percentage of Tenants staff who now frequent the gym and its services: 42%

Foundation Park is a newly refurbished Business Park with up to 1,000 people on site. It is JP Morgan owned and facilities managed by MAPP. Live Happy are working with these partners to develop a health & wellbeing strategy for the tenants staff. Plus we are also working with JPM’s Architect firm and Building contractors to design a purpose built, external gym facility for the park. This facility will be open 24/7 and have a team of Personal Trainers and class instructors to aid the wellbeing of the staff. We will also be working with the onsite Cafe to offer nutritionally balanced ‘PT Approved’ lunch and Breakfast options.
